See when files have been delivered and downloaded in the Send tracker, revisit files that have been shared with you and get notified when someone has accessed your files.

Along with bit AES encryption and other enterprise-grade security offerings, you have the option of adding security permissions to content. Images, photos, videos, PDFs, presentations, audio, CAD files and more can be accessed easily as high-resolution previews and streams. Hightail offers four different subscription levels for file sharing, with varying restrictions on file upload limits and storage.

Pro, Teams and Business plans come with unlimited storage. In Hightail, we do allow you to organize files the same way you would in a folder, in a Hightail Space. You can think of a Space as a visual folder, which allows you to organize and collaborate on standalone files or file groups within those Spaces. Groups of Spaces can also be organized into Projects.
